CHEF MANDY'S INSPIRATION

My whimsical creation marries the playful Caramel Popcorn with sophisticated elegance. We prepare the Caramel Popcorn Mousse first by popping the corn kernels, infuse into milk, resulting in a creamy mousse with each bite reminiscent of freshly popped corn. We wanted to recreate a cake that reminds us of the carefree spirit of childhood while savouring the refined artistry of a gourmet dessert.

Delivery

As a small business, we rely on third-party logistics to ensure freshness—all cakes are baked fresh in the morning and delivered in the afternoon.

Delivery Time: 12 – 4 PM (arranged by driver's route of the day)

Driver will call ahead to confirm; please meet at the ground floor to avoid parking fines. Please note that we pack the cakes with care however incidents may occur and we are not responsible for any risks during transit.

Delivery Fee (set by delivery provider):

  • Hong Kong Island: $220-250
  • Kowloon: $160
  • New Territories: $120–200 (quoted by area at checkout)

Fee is charged per address, per day.
