My latest whimsical creation marries the playful essence of Caramel Popcorn with sophisticated elegance. We prepare the Caramel Popcorn Mousse first by popping the corn kernels, infuse into milk, resulting in a creamy mousse with each bite reminiscent of freshly popped corn.

Complimented with crackling cornflake crunch, smooth Madagascar vanilla cremeux, sea salt caramel, and a soft biscuit made with cornflour, we wanted to recreate a cake that reminds us of the carefree spirit of childhood while savouring the refined artistry of a gourmet dessert.
