CHEF MANDY'S INSPIRATION

My tribute to dark chocolate and tonka bean. I've always loved tonka's warm, aromatic notes of vanilla and spice—so I paired it with roasted buckwheat (sobacha) in a praline and delicate sponge. A dark chocolate crunch, intense Valrhona 70% mousse, and tonka cremeux come together, balanced by mascarpone chantilly and finished with cocoa nibs and dark chocolate curls. For those who appreciate chocolate at its most sophisticated.

Delivery

As a small business, we rely on third-party logistics to ensure freshness—all cakes are baked fresh in the morning and delivered in the afternoon.

Delivery Time: 12 – 4 PM (arranged by driver's route of the day)

Driver will call ahead to confirm; please meet at the ground floor to avoid parking fines. Please note that we pack the cakes with care however incidents may occur and we are not responsible for any risks during transit.

Delivery Fee (set by delivery provider):

  • Hong Kong Island: $220-250
  • Kowloon: $180
  • New Territories: $120–200 (quoted by area at checkout)
