This creation is a personal tribute to two great flavours: exceptional dark chocolate and the enchanting tonka bean. I've always been captivated by tonka's unique aroma – a beautiful blend of vanilla, almond and warm spice that I frequently weave into my chocolate desserts.

To make this one-of-a-kind chocolate cake, I paired it with the earthy, nutty roasted buckwheat (sobacha) delicate sponge. The foundation features a dark chocolate crunch, layered with intense Valrhona Guanaja 70% mousse and my signature tonka bean cremeux. To balance these deep flavours, I've crowned it with mascarpone chantilly and finished with dark chocolate curls and bitter cocoa nibs for texture. This is for those who appreciate chocolate in its most sophisticated form.

Delivery

As a small business, we rely on third-party logistics to ensure freshness—all cakes are baked fresh in the morning and delivered in the afternoon.

Delivery Time: 12 – 4 PM (arranged by driver's route of the day)

Driver will call ahead to confirm; please meet at the ground floor to avoid parking fines. Please note that we pack the cakes with care however incidents may occur and we are not responsible for any risks during transit.

Delivery Fee (set by delivery provider):

  • Hong Kong Island: $180-250
  • Kowloon: $140
  • New Territories: $100–200 (quoted by area at checkout)
