Every year we make an alternate flavour for the gourmands. This year's Galette “Choco-Noisette” reflects our continuous pursuit of sophisticated flavours. Chef Mandy employs our signature chocolate inverted puff pastry, achieving an exceptionally flaky to be filled with a decadent combination. A smooth vanilla chocolate frangipane is generously studded with roasted hazelnuts for a satisfying crunch. At its core lies a profound tonka bean chocolate ganache, a pairing we absolutely adore.

Baked to order, each galette is a celebration of texture and depth—a truly modern twist on tradition.

Tasting Tips

We recommend enjoying the galette on the same time. It can also keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat it, simply preheat your oven or air fryer to 180C, then place your galette to heat until the center is warm (5-10 min)

Delivery

As a small business, we rely on third-party logistics to ensure freshness—all cakes are baked fresh in the morning and delivered in the afternoon.

Delivery Time: 12 – 4 PM (arranged by driver's route of the day)

Driver will call ahead to confirm; please meet at the ground floor to avoid parking fines. Please note that we pack the cakes with care however incidents may occur and we are not responsible for any risks during transit.

  • Hong Kong Island: $220-250
  • Kowloon: $160
  • New Territories: $120–200 (quoted by area at checkout)

How To Play

Following the traditions of Galette des Rois, a ceramic fève is hidden to play the game. Cut the galette into the same number of pieces as there are participants. The fève is concealed, so every player has a fair chance. Whoever chooses the slice with the fève is crowned king or queen for the day, and rewarded with a year of good luck.
