CHEF MANDY'S INSPIRATION

Kyoto is a slow city. Seasonal. Restrained. Wabi-sabi — the beauty of less is more.

I created this pastry with that same quiet confidence in mind. Using Kyoto matcha and Japanese black sesame, the two do not compete — neither overshadows, both remain.

Then a surprise of our own: pumpkin seed praline. Not traditional to Kyoto — but very much Finesse.

Delivery

As a small business, we rely on third-party logistics to ensure freshness—all cakes are baked fresh in the morning and delivered in the afternoon.

Delivery Time: 12 – 4 PM (arranged by driver's route of the day)

Driver will call ahead to confirm; please meet at the ground floor to avoid parking fines. Please note that we pack the cakes with care however incidents may occur and we are not responsible for any risks during transit.

⭐ We offer Free Delivery for orders over $2500

Delivery Fee (set by delivery provider):

  • Hong Kong Island: $220-250
  • Kowloon: $180
  • New Territories: $120–200 (quoted by area at checkout)

Fee is charged per address, per day.
For multiple addresses/dates, please place separate orders.
