Our Mille-Feuille series began with hazelnuts and has since become an all-time favorite. This creation is my tribute to hazelnuts, showcasing how a single ingredient can provide the best of both worlds: an irresistible crunch combined with creamy, flavorful richness.
We use a generous amount of hazelnuts in various forms, particularly our house-made hazelnut praline for the perfect level of crunch, paired with a luscious hazelnut crème diplomat.

As a small business, we rely on third-party logistics to ensure freshness—all cakes are baked fresh in the morning and delivered in the afternoon.
Delivery Time: 12 – 4 PM (arranged by driver's route of the day)
Driver will call ahead to confirm; please meet at the ground floor to avoid parking fines. Please note that we pack the cakes with care however incidents may occur and we are not responsible for any risks during transit.

Delivery Fee (set by delivery provider):
- Hong Kong Island: $220-250
- Kowloon: $180
- New Territories: $120–200 (quoted by area at checkout)
Fee is charged per address, per day.
