I aim to highlight the harmony of chocolate by creating a light dessert that boasts a bold cacao flavor. For this, I’ve selected Opera’s 73% Jamaya Dark Chocolate, known for its subtle cacao notes and low sugar content, perfect for crafting a smooth dark chocolate crèmeux. The pièce de résistance is the addition of French nougat, featuring toasted almonds and pecans, elegantly combined with burnt meringue and honey.

Delivery

As a small business, we rely on third-party logistics to ensure freshness—all cakes are baked fresh in the morning and delivered in the afternoon.

Delivery Time: 12 – 4 PM (arranged by driver's route of the day)

Driver will call ahead to confirm; please meet at the ground floor to avoid parking fines. Please note that we pack the cakes with care however incidents may occur and we are not responsible for any risks during transit.

Delivery Fee (set by delivery provider):

  • Hong Kong Island: $180-250
  • Kowloon: $140
  • New Territories: $100–200 (quoted by area at checkout)
