The Mirabelle is the late-summer candy-like sweet plum from the Lorraine region of France 🇫🇷. Once cooked, they become so tender and melt in your mouth, which pairs wonderfully with our puff pastry. We cook them honey & bergamot consommé, then pair with a light bergamot cream & a fragrant baked vanilla honey almond cream.

As the Mirabelle season is short, we look forward to this time of the year and try to enjoy it as many times as we can before it's gone. We hope you will fall in love with them and look forward to it every summer onwards.

Delivery

As a small business, we rely on third-party logistics to ensure freshness—all cakes are baked fresh in the morning and delivered in the afternoon.

Delivery Time: 12 – 4 PM (arranged by driver's route of the day)

Driver will call ahead to confirm; please meet at the ground floor to avoid parking fines. Please note that we pack the cakes with care however incidents may occur and we are not responsible for any risks during transit.

  • Hong Kong Island: $180
  • Kowloon: $140
  • New Territories: $100–160 (quoted by area at checkout)

Fee is charged per address, per day. For multiple addresses/dates, please place separate orders.
