With the arrival of Autumn, the iconic Mont Blanc makes its celebrated return to patisserie windows across France and Japan. For Finesse's very first autumn as a store-front, knowing how cherished chestnuts are to Hong Kong connoisseurs, I present our version of this timeless classic with a Finesse touch: by combining the element of quince.

With a pear shape and flavour akin to apple, the essence of quince comes alive when chefs take the time and effort to slow cook this ancient fruit, allowing the aroma to develop and deepen, releasing its subtle sweetness. The scent is one you will remember forever.

Delivery

As a small business, we rely on third-party logistics to ensure freshness—all cakes are baked fresh in the morning and delivered in the afternoon.

Delivery Time: 12 – 4 PM (arranged by driver's route of the day)

Driver will call ahead to confirm; please meet at the ground floor to avoid parking fines. Please note that we pack the cakes with care however incidents may occur and we are not responsible for any risks during transit.

Delivery Fee (set by delivery provider):

  • Hong Kong Island: $180-250
  • Kowloon: $140
  • New Territories: $100–200 (quoted by area at checkout)

Fee is charged per address, per day.
