CHEF MANDY'S INSPIRATION

At the heart of our Mont Blanc is the chestnut. This year, we reinterpret the classic with a Japanese influence.

A delicate base of coustillant buckwheat, layered with pear and quince compote, gives way to a silky roasted chestnut milk. Our ultra-light meringue — perfected for minimal sweetness and incredible crunch — adds a pivotal, satisfying contrast to the smooth chestnut milk. Lastly, the chai tea milk coulis brings a gentle warmth that lingers beneath the iconic chestnut vermicelli.

Convenient access via Indi Home & The Cube. Located just a 1-minute walk from the residential walkway between Indi Home (樂悠居) and The Cube (立坊). Follow the pathway straight ahead to the rear entrance of Lucida Industrial Building.

Alternatively, approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Tsuen Wan West MTR Station, Exit E2.

Delivery

As a small business, we rely on third-party logistics—all cakes are made in the morning and delivered in the afternoon.

Delivery Time: 12:00PM – 4:00 PM (set by delivery provider)

Driver will call ahead to confirm arrival and we ask to please meet the driver at the ground floor to avoid parking fines. Please note that we pack the cakes with care however incidents may occur and we are not responsible for any risks during transit.

Delivery Fee (set by delivery provider):

  • Hong Kong Island: $220-250
  • Kowloon: $180
  • New Territories: $160–200 (quoted by area at checkout)

Fee is charged per address, per day.
For multiple addresses/dates, please place separate orders.
