During my family's Mid-Autumn Festival gathering, the pomelo takes center stage, with the elders handling the peeling while the kids play with the vibrant skin—sweet, nostalgic moments etched in my memory.

To honour this holiday, I use beautiful pink pomelo, celebrated for its stunning color and juicy flesh. To enhance the flavour, I pair it with various citrus fruits commonly found in French pastries.

The cake is completed with a light cheese mousse—airy and silky—subtly infused with the fragrant essence of yuzu. This creates the perfect balance of creaminess and citrus, serving as the quintessential palate cleanser to conclude a hearty family meal.

Delivery

As a small business, we rely on third-party logistics to ensure freshness—all cakes are baked fresh in the morning and delivered in the afternoon.

Delivery Time: 12 – 4 PM (arranged by driver's route of the day)

Driver will call ahead to confirm; please meet at the ground floor to avoid parking fines. Please note that we pack the cakes with care however incidents may occur and we are not responsible for any risks during transit.

Delivery Fee (set by delivery provider):

  • Hong Kong Island: $180-250
  • Kowloon: $140
  • New Territories: $100–200 (quoted by area at checkout)

Fee is charged per address, per day.
