CHEF MANDY'S INSPIRATION
Bright refreshing fresh lime curd mixed with black lime giving a slight hint of bitterness, a taste similar to dried tangerine peel. In the centre is a honey gel with grated fresh lime zest; black lime, and finger lime caviar, to give a nice crunch and explosion of citrus juice, encircled by soft pillowy fresh lime meringue. Last but not least, a soft almond cream spread on the golden-brown pâté sucree tart shell, allowing each bite to just melt in your mouth.

Convenient access via Indi Home & The Cube. Located just a 1-minute walk from the residential walkway between Indi Home (樂悠居) and The Cube (立坊). Follow the pathway straight ahead to the rear entrance of Lucida Industrial Building.
Alternatively, approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Tsuen Wan West MTR Station, Exit E2.

As a small business, we rely on third-party logistics—all cakes are made in the morning and delivered in the afternoon.
Delivery Time: 12:00PM – 4:00 PM (set by delivery provider)
Driver will call ahead to confirm arrival and we ask to please meet the driver at the ground floor to avoid parking fines. Please note that we pack the cakes with care however incidents may occur and we are not responsible for any risks during transit.
Delivery Fee (set by delivery provider):
- Hong Kong Island: $220-250
- Kowloon: $180
- New Territories: $160–200 (quoted by area at checkout)
Fee is charged per address, per day.
For multiple addresses/dates, please place separate orders.
