Bright refreshing fresh lime curd mixed with black lime, giving a slight hint of bitterness, a taste similar todried tangerine peel. In the centre is a honey gel with grated fresh lime zest & black lime, and finger limecaviar, to give a nice crunch and explosion of citrus juice, encircled by soft pillowy fresh lime meringue. Last but not least, a soft almond cream spread on the golden-brown pâté sucree tart shell, allowing each bite to just melt in your mouth.
