CHEF MANDY'S INSPIRATION

Bright refreshing fresh lime curd mixed with black lime giving a slight hint of bitterness, a taste similar to dried tangerine peel. In the centre is a honey gel with grated fresh lime zest; black lime, and finger lime caviar, to give a nice crunch and explosion of citrus juice, encircled by soft pillowy fresh lime meringue. Last but not least, a soft almond cream spread on the golden-brown pâté sucree tart shell, allowing each bite to just melt in your mouth.

Delivery

As a small business, we rely on third-party logistics to ensure freshness—all cakes are baked fresh in the morning and delivered in the afternoon.

Delivery Time: 12 – 4 PM (arranged by driver's route of the day)

Driver will call ahead to confirm; please meet at the ground floor to avoid parking fines. Please note that we pack the cakes with care however incidents may occur and we are not responsible for any risks during transit.

⭐ We offer Free Delivery for orders over $2500

Delivery Fee (set by delivery provider):

  • Hong Kong Island: $220-250
  • Kowloon: $180
  • New Territories: $120–200 (quoted by area at checkout)

Fee is charged per address, per day.
