CHEF MANDY'S INSPIRATION
Our cheese tart marries a light, airy filling of smooth cream cheese with vanilla chantilly that floats atop. Freshly baked each morning, the tart shell offers a crisp, golden crunch that’s both simple and flawlessly executed, representing the core artistry of Finesse Patisserie.
